Return & Exchange Policy

Body Jewelry:
All body jewelry is Final Sale. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If so, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. -
Tattoo Cartridges & Supplies:
All cartridge sales are Final Sale unless defective. If you receive a defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit. -
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist with replacements or filing a claim with the carrier. -
