Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply during select offers.
Nationwide Only: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be announced if/when added.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our supplies and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Body Jewelry:
All body jewelry is Final Sale. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If so, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description.
Tattoo Cartridges & Supplies:
All cartridge sales are Final Sale unless defective. If you receive a defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist with replacements or filing a claim with the carrier.

Email us at support@aurelsupplyco.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
